What’s changing

We are discontinuing the existing x23.ai product experience. Support for all services will end on 21st September 2025. This includes the newsfeed, AI bots, API, and other services.

Why we’re doing this

To build a more resilient business, we’re shifting our focus toward solutions with clearer, repeatable value and healthier unit economics.

For current users

You will have until 21st September 2025 to save any data you may have. Paying user subscriptions will be cancelled automatically.

For token holders

We will be performing a 'graceful exit' for token holders, where everyone that was part of the q/acc mint will be able to redeem the underling POL in exchange for their X23 tokens. Keep an eye on your email and the q/acc website for details.

For those who purchased tokens on secondary markets, we recommend you sell those tokens before the deadline.
